November 2022 Rhône River Cruise with Jerry & Elaine Owen

This exciting opportunity to cruise the Rhône River with Lady Hill wine, and proprietors Jerry and Elaine Owen, is now available. As official hosts for an AmaWaterways wine cruise on the Rhône, you'll sail with the Owens from Avignon to Lyon, leaving Avignon on November 17th, 2022. 

AmaWaterways is considered an upscale river cruise line, whose focus areas are wine, food and active travel. AMA offers more comfort, the option of larger cabins and a separate Chef’s Table dining room where we are sure to have a dinner “just for us” on one night of the cruise.  The price includes not only complimentary meals, excursions, WIFI, beer and wine at meals, but also a cocktail hour each evening before dinner in their spacious lounge. Since this cruise begins in Avignon, for anyone who is interested in joining us, we will spend a few days touring Southern France prior to the start of the cruise. We will explore wineries, local culture and food, with our own colleague, Reggie Daigneault. The Cruise will end at the northern end of the Valley in Lyon, the “culinary capital of France,” on Thursday, Nov 24th, which is Thanksgiving day, in 2022. We will also offer an optional exploration of the heart of Burgundy in Beaune over the Thanksgiving weekend. Pricing and details of these options will be available in the coming weeks.
