Northwest Sensory Evaluation and Tasting Class **Date Change**

Join us for a foundational class that will help you understand wine production, grape varieties and vineyards as they relate to climate and topography. Through a sensory evaluation of wines, you will learn about different aromas and characteristics in wines from Oregon and Washington. We  will systematically taste through wines to get a better understanding of the vine, geology, grape varieties and how aromas and characteristics develop in wine. Through fun and informative exercises, we will help you build your own aroma library. $25 for Club members, $35 Non-Club members.
