Fermented in stainless steel tank at a cool temperature and held back from mL conversion, the 2018 vintage is a crisp expression of Willamette Valley Pinot Blanc. Light glistening hues of beige and cream flow into banana yellow at the core. Alongside aromas of lemon zest and slate, lie tart hints of Granny Smith apple and Asian pear. The lean, elegant mouthfeel is a change from the stone fruit and residual sugar highlighting previous vintages, although is more varietally characteristic for Willamette Valley Pinot Blanc. Fine-tuned acidity and low alcohol screams of summer. Drink now through 2021.
