Light straw and transparent in color, this classic Willamette Valley Chardonnay showcases bright aromatics of citrus, mineral, and orange blossom, leading into subtle hints of honeycomb and neutral oak. More reminiscent of Burgundy than California, with juicy characteristics of lemon rind and green apple. The crisp entry was barrel fermented using 100% neutral French Oak, followed by malolactic fermentation and a delicate hand throughout, resulting in a fresher cleaner Chardonnay.
