A foundational class with Wine Educator, Reggie Daigneault, that will help you understand wine production, grape varieties and vineyards as they relate to climate and topography. We will enjoy the sensory evaluation of wines that will lead to an understanding of aromas and characteristics in wines from Oregon and Washington. We will systematically taste through wines, and form an understanding of the vine, geology, grape varieties and how those aromas and characteristics develop in the wines we taste. Through fun and informative exercises, we will help you build your own aroma library. $25 Club members, $35 Non-Club members.
